At Namova, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help with a straightforward return and refund process.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at contact@namovallc.com. Please include your order number in your request.
While we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests after this period, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may still return it after delivery in accordance with this policy.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process from start to finish.
Restocking Fee: None. We do not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

Change of Mind Returns
Customers are responsible for the actual return shipping cost when:
- The wrong item was ordered
- The item does not fit
- The item is no longer wanted
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
1. Contact Us
Email contact@namovallc.com with your order number and the reason for your return request.
2. Package the Item
Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
3. Ship the Return
Follow the instructions provided in your return authorization email and send the package using the recommended shipping method.
Refunds
Return Inspection
Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return requirements.
Refund Processing
After approval, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, contact us at contact@namovallc.com, and our team will help arrange an exchange.
Orders Lost in Transit
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Send a replacement at no additional charge
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety considerations. Any non-returnable items will be clearly identified on their respective product pages.
